Elemental Strength Society is a premium strength & powerlifting gym located in Deer Park, Melbourne. We are home to lifters of all strengths and sizes, from beginners learning to lift for the first time to elite level powerlifters.

Our Services

MEMBERSHIP ONLY

$20/week or $885/year

  • 24/7 access

  • Comp spec powerlifting equipment (7 combo racks, calibrated plates, stiff & deadlift bars)

  • No lock in contract

FACE-TO-FACE COACHING

$80/week

Everything under ‘Membership Only’ PLUS

  • Training program personalised to your goals and lifestyle

  • Face-to-face coaching with your ESS coach in a semi private setting at ESS between staffed hours

  • Frequent communication with your coach via WhatsApp or Messenger

  • Competition day coaching included

ONLINE COACHING

$60/week

  • Dedicated coach who will provide an individualised program with weekly updates

  • Weekly check ins

  • Competition day coaching included

We have experience working with beginners who have never touched a barbell before to elite National Champion powerlifters. Wherever you are in your strength journey, there is a place for you at Elemental Strength Society and a coach who is passionate about bringing out the best in you.
