Our aim is to nurture and provide our members with a supportive training environment to give them the best opportunity to become the greatest version of themselves.
Located in Melbourne’s suburb of Deer Park, we provide in-person and online coaching options for anyone at any stage of their strength journey.

6 powerlifting combo racks
Competition specific equipment such as calibrated powerlifting plates, bars (including stiff and deadlift bars) and collars

We offer online and face-to-face strength and powerlifting coaching services. This includes:
Training program personalised to your goals and lifestyle
Weekly progress check-in
Frequent communication with your coach
Competition day coaching included
Those who also have a membership to the gym will have access to face-to-face coaching during staffed hours.
